WineLab results in the Retail TECH final
At the Retail TECH project contest WineLab won in the category "Best E-com Transformation" and entered the final of the category "Customer Loyalty Leader", receiving high marks from the jury.
E-com transformation of the chain is a strategically important project for Novabev Group. Receiving recognition from industry professionals and being awarded in this nomination confirms the effectiveness of work in this direction. Due to the changes, the company managed to build a customer interaction model covering all sales channels, as well as digitalize the user experience from product selection and checkout on the website and mobile app to in-store pickup. The transformation has led to a multiple increase in click & collect sales.
In addition, the company reached the final of the "Customer Loyalty Leader" nomination and received high marks from the jury. The WinClub system is among the leaders of the largest FMCG chains’ loyalty programs, with almost 7 million customers already participating in it.
The Retail TECH contest is notable for the fact that professionals evaluate professionals. This year's jury included more than 30 experts from retail, e-commerce, telecom industry, banking sector, logistics and other industries.
