Canevel

Canevel is a small winery located in the heart of the prestigious Valdobbiadene area.

Since 1979, it has been producing Prosecco — delicate, elegant, and expressive. In the local dialect, the word “canevel” means “small winery”: a place where the finest wines are created and carefully preserved, along with all their secrets and age-old traditions.

The best hillside vineyards, gentle harvesting of the grapes, and long fermentation at low temperatures — all of this makes it possible to create a Prosecco of the highest level, stately and sophisticated. Even today, with significant production volumes, the winery maintains the approach and atmosphere of a small family business, focused exclusively on quality and expressing the individual character of Prosecco.
