Canerock

Canerock is a spiced rum crafted from a blend of five- to ten-year-old Jamaican rums sourced from the legendary Long Pond (est. 1753) and Clarendon distilleries. These rums are traditionally distilled in copper pot stills.

The recipe was perfected after 90 trials. Its distinctive character comes from a unique blend of natural spices: Madagascan vanilla, Caribbean coconut, and locally sourced Jamaican ginger. Each botanical is individually infused before being married into the final blend, which then enjoys a finishing period in ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. This final maturation layer imparts remarkable complexity and depth to the rum.
