The loyalty program of WineLab again was rated at the top among the largest FMCG chains in Russia

INFOLine information and analysis agency has presented the results of the annual study titled Rating of Loyalty Programs of FMCG chains, which analysed the largest FMCG retailers, which are among the top 50 in terms of sales (excluding online retailers). The research evaluated several complex metrics of loyalty programs that characterise the degree of coverage, usability, versatility, level of restrictions, customers benefit, as well as multifunctionality.
WINCLUB loyalty system of WineLab, Novabev Group's own retail chain, according to the results of this study for the third year in a row is among the top 3 chains with average level of coverage, i.e. represent in 10-49 regions of Russia.
With more than 8.3 million customers, WINCLUB's omnichannel loyalty program is a profitable, personalised offer for customers. Up to 90% of the chain's turnover is realised through the use of loyalty cards. The advantages of the program are a unique system of discounts, personal promotions and prices offered to the buyer according to his preferences, the possibility of accumulating and redeeming up to 70% of points, as well as the possibility of increasing privileges by changing the status in the program.
The number of participants in the program continues to grow and the functionality is expanded. In 2024, the personalisation of both online and offline offers has been implemented, additional ways to earn points have been added, the number of game mechanics using points has been increased and a referral mechanic has been added.
