Shareholders meeting approved the dividend amount for 2024

At the Annual General Shareholder Meeting held on May 28, Novabev Group shareholders approved the payment of final dividends for 2024 in the amount of RUB 25 per share before tax, based on the outstanding ordinary shares in the amount of 126,400,000.

Thus, RUB 2.44 bln will be allocated to pay dividends on shares outstanding (excluding the treasury shares) for 2024. The total payout for the year, taking into account the interim dividends paid for 1H, amounts to RUB 37.5 per share before tax, totalling RUB 3.66 bln —  and corresponds to 80% of Novabev Group’s net consolidated profit for 2024 under IFRS.

The list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends will be drawn up as of June 9, 2025.
