Novabev Group presents a new product — its own vermouth Tête de Cheval
The collection of the premium sparkling wine brand Tête de Cheval has been expanded with a new product — Vermouth Tête de Cheval Blanc — the first vermouth in the Novabev Group portfolio. Its development and creation took three years.
The novelty belongs to the category of classic white vermouth, has a strength of 15° and is produced at the Golubitskoe Estate winery. The product is based on Chardonnay grapes, the blend is supplemented by more than a dozen herbs collected in the Altai and on the shores of Lake Baikal.
The noble beverage has a pale straw color with golden reflections. A subtle vanilla aroma is followed by notes of peppermint and chamomile, creating a unique composition. This vermouth opens in the glass with a rich bouquet of spicy herbs, and the delicate bitterness of wormwood and lime zest are intertwined in its soft, lingering aftertaste.
The refined taste combined with an elegant aroma makes the drink ideal for serving chilled as a pure aperitif as well as for creating signature cocktails.
The aesthetic, faceted bottle is adorned with the iconic Tête de Cheval emblem — a copper-colored horse's head.
The novelty is available in the WineLab chain and will appear in major chains by the end of the year.
