The San-In

Crafted at the Kurayoshi distillery in Tottori Prefecture, The San-In whiskey draws its name from the San’in region of western Japan — a land where the snow-capped peaks of Mount Daisen give rise to pristine underground water sources.

This blend marries malt whiskey with grain spirits matured in American white oak casks. This harmonious pairing reveals in the glass delicate aromas of vanilla, pear, and apricot — a graceful echo of the balance between traditional Japanese artistry and the natural world.
