Liathmor
Liathmor is crafted in Scotland using traditional distilling methods and locally sourced ingredients, drawing on the expertise of the Torres family’s master distillers. The name is inspired by the legend of Liathmor, the Guardian of the Misty Mountain — an ancient spirit of the Scottish Highlands, embodying both strength and grace.
The blend brings together 20% Speyside single malt whiskies, adding depth and character, with 80% grain whiskies aged three and five years, providing freshness, body and balance.
Range
A smooth and well-balanced whisky with a fresh, multi-layered character. Notes of honey, dried fruits, and vanilla unfold on the nose and palate, leading to a clean, gently warming finish. Pairs well with salmon, roast chicken, fruit-based desserts, and cheeses such as Cheddar, Brie, and Gouda.
