The RIEDEL Fatto A Mano collection blends the vibrant traditions of Venetian glassmaking with impeccable production quality. RIEDEL Performance
Sommeliers — the world’s first glass collection created specifically to unlock the taste and aroma of wine. In 1958, Claus J. Riedel, a representative of the family’s ninth generation, made a breakthrough in glass design. He was the first to understand how the shape of the bowl influences wine perception and created a collection where every detail — from the base to the rim — matters.
RIEDEL Sommeliers
A modern interpretation of the iconic Sommeliers line that changed perceptions of wine glasses. Originally handcrafted in 2015 by Maximilian J. Riedel as an evolution of his grandfather Professor Claus J. Riedel’s ideas, it is now revived and serves as a global benchmark for wine glass quality and aesthetics.
RIEDEL Superleggero
The Veloce collection sets new standards for machine-made glasses. It features thinner stems, a lightweight, elegant silhouette, and a stable, wide base with a 10 cm diameter. The base is engraved with the name of the grape variety for which the glass is suited, making it easier for customers to choose. Riedel, a representative of the family’s 10th generation of glassblowers, so every wine lover could fully enjoy its taste — without compromising on quality but at an affordable price.
RIEDEL Vinum
The revolutionary Winewings Riedel collection, personally developed by Georg Riedel. In 2018, a client approached him with a request to create the perfect glass for Cabernet Sauvignon — the “king” of French wines. The famous glassmaker was so inspired by this idea that he decided to invent something completely new and maximally functional. After two years of research and experimentation, the innovative Winewings series was born, managing to combine the functionality of a decanter and a wine tasting vessel.
