Oyster
Oyster Gin is a carefully composed gin showcasing Adriatic botanicals , particularly those found along the coast of Montenegro. Produced in the London Dry style, it contains no artificial flavourings or colourings, and each botanical is kosher-certified, reflecting a commitment to purity, craftsmanship, and quality.
The design of the bottle is inspired by the form of an oyster. Layer by layer, the glass was refined to achieve a sculptural shape that echoes the beauty, elegance, and individuality of the Fine de Claire oyster, making the bottle as distinctive as the spirit it contains.
Range
A distilled gin from the heart of the Adriatic, capturing the aroma of local botanicals and the remarkable softness of mountain juniper. The bouquet reveals fresh pine and herbal notes, complemented by coriander, fennel, angelica root, and a subtle hint of black pepper. Bright and expressive on the palate, with touches of anise and rosemary, it leads into a long, gently spiced finish.
A gin in which the freshness of the Adriatic coast is expressed through the aroma of lemons picked straight from the tree. Resinous juniper is balanced by vibrant citrus and warm notes of cardamom, lifted by delicate chamomile and hints of orchard fruit. Rich and layered on the palate, with a long, warming finish.
