WineLab adds new option to click & collect service

The alcohol retail chain WineLab, owned by BELUGA GROUP, is continuing to develop a click & collect system. In February 2021, in addition to online shopping from the stores’ assortment, the chain introduced options for ordering products directly from the warehouse, allowing customers to choose from a wider range of 700 items and indicate a preferred delivery date to any store of their convenience.

Half a year has passed since the project was launched. In its early stages, the service is only available for customers living in Moscow and the Moscow Region. By July, more than 9,000 orders had been shipped from the warehouse. By the end of the year, virtual WineLab store shelves will offer up to 3,000 products, and in the 3rd quarter of 2021, customers living in St. Petersburg, Leningrad Region, and Vladivostok will be able to order directly from the warehouses.
