Synergy launched “Snow Crab” vodka
JSC “Synergy” (MOEX: SYNG), the leading distilled spirits producer in Russia started production of the new vodka brand "Snow Crab" on Ussuriskyi Balm spirits plant. The new product and all ingredients are made in the Far East.
The unique recipe of the new vodka resulted by laborious technologists work of the enterprise. This product is first-ever which production uses the extract from an armor of the Far Eastern crab. Thanks to that, vodka possesses easy sweetish notes with pronounced aroma of a crab.By the character this vodka is delicious and perfectly approaches fish dishes and sea delicacies. "Snow Crab" is positioned in the low-premium segment and at the moment is bottled in SKU of 0,5 l. in two types "Classical" and "Delicious".
Sales of the brand started in February and the main channels became on trade and off trade, as also as traditional retail. Sales for export will begin soon, as Great Britain and the USA have already become interested in this new unique product.
Commenting on the launch, Group Brand Director Anna Shalaeva said: “Snow Crab” is the unique product based beyond ideas of classical vodka. Developing it, we were guided by offering the consumer unusual vodka with the new taste reflecting the most actual flavoring and culinary trends. In the conditions of the vodka market overloading it is one of motivators for purchase.
