BELUGA GROUP changing its trade stock exchange code

Dear investors, shareholders and partners.

Please be informed that since August 1, 2017 PJSC Moscow Stock Exchange, on the basis of the application which is earlier submitted from the Group, will change a trade exchange code of the Company. The former trade code SYNG will be cancelled. Instead of that the new trade code BELU will be applied.

This change belongs to ordinary shares of the Company - the state registration number 1-01-55052-E, the ISIN RU000AOHL5M1. Other changes connected with the securities listing of PJSC Beluga Group at Moscow Stock Exchange aren't provided.
