Arkhangelskaya

The berries used in Arkhangelskaya liqueurs’ production grow in unique climate conditions of Macedonia and Karelia. The ingredients are harvested and sorted by hand, which ensures they retain useful properties, and gives the beverage an intense and rich flavour.
The blend is stored in casks and then freezed in order to preserve the savour.
Each bottle is numbered and certified by the signature of the ALVIZ laboratory’s head.
Range

The beverage is comprised of alcohol-based cowberry and bilberry mors, anise and thyme tincture, cowberry leaves, cloudberries, and bilberry shoots. To acquire the special nature, bright flavor, and aroma, each berry is traditionally hand-picked in salubrious regions.
The product, with its mild berry tones and a bright sweetish flavor, can be enjoyed in more than one way. Taken neat, it pairs superbly with the desserts of Russian cuisine, while adding it to tea will enrich the drink, complementing its taste.

This semi-sweet drink combines the blend with pure drinking water and sugar syrup. Juicy cherries with a hint of sourness contribute to the light sweet taste, while wild northern herbs establish the harmony and balance of flavors. It is aged in oak barrels, then it is cold-treated to soothe the bitterness of the herbs, enrich the nose of the drink with a mild cherry hint, and fill the flavor with the sweet notes of the drupe.
